Legal Secretary (Dubai or Abu Dhabi) Three Month Contract

Our client is a large, multi national legal firm with corporate offices all over the globe. Due to a heavy workload, we are looking on their behalf for a Legal Secretary who has a minimum of two years legal experience, either in house or working for a legal firm. The role will support one or more fee earners within an administration and secretarial capacity. Responsibilities include answering calls and taking messages when required, amending agreements and correspondence set by the fee earners, creating and maintaining effective filing systems, assisting with Carpe Diem and coordinating with accounts and fee earners in sending invoices to clients by drafting cover letters and ensuring all billing is done correctly. General secretarial duties are also part of the remit. Ideally the job holder will have experience working within a banking or financial services background, either within an in-house role capacity or within a previous legal firm.

Requirements:

We are looking for adaptability, flexibility and someone who relishes a challenge. Good audio typing skills are a must and excellent computer skills on Office, Outlook etc. are essential. It is possible the role will become permanent after a successful three month period. Candidates will be skills tested prior to interview. Candidates are able to work from the Abu Dhabi or Dubai office.
