Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Our client, a leading legal organisation in Dubai, is currently looking for an IT Trainer Middle Eastto join their growing IT team.

The key responsibilities for this role include educating all members of the practice on existing and future IT technology, from training new joiners to providing in-department Learning Needs Analysis and training support, including personal training visits; developing and implementing a training programme for the Middle East offices working closely with the local IT team leader and the EME Training team leader; when not delivering training, handling requests and providing operational first and second line IT support to all customers within the Middle East offices.

Requirements:

To qualify, you must have professional training experience, preferably within a legal environment; must be well-versed in writing training materials and designing courses in English, designing intranet and web pages desirable, e-learning, and using office technologies: Blackberry, iPhone, Digital Dictaphone Recording, Citrix/Remote Working and Telephones. Advanced knowledge and experience in training all current MS products; MOS Certification highly recommended, or willingness to obtain full MOS Certification; and with good understanding of document management systems and time recording systems preferable – DOCS Open/Hummingbird and Carpe Diem.

The successful candidate should have excellent educational background, Educational/Teaching degree highly recommended; be proactive, with energetic approach; exceptional communication skills acquired through training experience in classroom environment, but should also be equally comfortable presenting to larger audiences; must be willing to travel to provide training in our Middle East offices (currently Abu Dhabi, Doha, Dubai and cooperation office Riyadh); occasional on-site/remote training to other offices may be required.
