In House Lawyer - Abu Dhabi - Dispute Focus
Leading Company
A leading company, located in the GCC, is presently seeking a legal counsel with a focus on Dispute matters in the UAE.
The company is one of the leading national companies in the region that has numerous joint ventures with overseas conglomerates.
The have been established for a number of years and have developed an impressive portfolio of work within the contracting business with an emphasis on water, sewage, desalination plants, power generation, smart solution for utility providers, the sports and leisure retail business, the investment and the agency representation
The role is a legal counsel position with a particular emphasis on the construction and infrastructure sectors. Lawyers will be expected to have a strong focus on all aspects of dispute matters in the UAE including, but not limited to:
- Court proceedings
- Litigation matters
- Court of appeal
- Out of court settlement
- Alternative dispute resolution
Requirements:
This is a permanent position and all candidates will need to be fully bilingual (Arabic & English) and have gathered a number of years exposure prior to their application.
