Job description / Role
Our client is a leading semi-government Dubai based organisation and they are looking for a Executive Coordinator to join their team on a permanent basis. The Executive Coordinator provides high level administrative support to a key member of the C Level Team.
This role manages the day to day needs of the office and carries out a variety of secretarial and general administrative duties in the assigned Function or Support groups (Finance, Information Technology, Commercial and Business Planning).
Requirements:
Applications are sought from those with a minimum of 8+ years of experience in a similar role.
This will include progressive experience in supporting and reporting to Senior Executive level. You must have the capability to think independently and have the ability to take ownership, apply logical thinking and troubleshoot in order to get the job done.
You will also be a polished self starter with a high standard of ethical behaviour. It is essential you have strong English communication skills both verbally and written, with the versatility to communicate at all levels in a clear and concise manner. It would be extremely beneficial if you spoke multiple languages including Arabic for this role.
You will have a Bachelors Degree and be currently located in the UAE. Applications from outside the UAE will not be considered.
