This is an opportunity to join KEO in the role of Architectural BIM Manager

Provide leadership of the Architectural BIM teams across KEO Design offices to ensure the development and timely delivery of Revit models to architectural specifications for projects according to industry standards and project requirements. Lead and manage the BIM Task force to ensure consistency of use and processes for Autodesk Revit and NavisWorks.
- Liaise with other discipline BIM Managers to develop the KEO BIM standards, systems and procedures, aligned to industry best practices.
- Ensure the effective implementation of KEO BIM standards, systems and procedures. Oversee the adaptation of them to suit particular types of projects, in partnership with Architects and Project Managers.
- Assist Director A & E Services, HODs and Project Managers with regard to the proactive resource planning to ensure sufficient BIM resources are available to meet project requirements.
- Manage inventory of BIM software, licenses and systems.
- Customize BIM programs.
- Ensure efficient BIM Revit model and document archiving and retrieval processes.
- Organize the BIM environment for the effective and efficient delivery of Revit models.
- Train new and existing staff to meet required technical and quality standards.
- Plan and organize tasks, people and resources to ensure delivery of technical, productivity and quality standards.

OTHER TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead Architectural BIM Task Force to ensure consistency of the use of Auodesk Revit across the various BIM teams.
- Anticipate, analyze and resolve problems faced by the BIM teams.
- Communicate clearly and influence effectively to support collaborative work practices and achieve team goals, while encouraging two-way communication.
- Manage own continuous development and facilitate the development of team members through monitoring of staff performance, day-to-day coaching & feedback.
- Take responsibility for Client satisfaction in work outputs of the teams.
- Liaise, consult and negotiate with relevant managers and staff regarding opportunities to improve service delivery and work practices, remaining responsive to Client needs.
- Analyze existing work processes, procedures and systems, identifying opportunities for increased efficiencies cost-effectiveness and service improvements.
- Ensure all team work is completed in accordance with KEO health and safety policies.
- Ensure alignment of team outputs with KEO sustainability principles.

Requirements:

- Degree / Diploma in BIM Design. Bachelor's Degree; and continued advanced training in the latest BIM software.Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Architectural Degree; and Management and Leadership training would be an advantage.
- More than 10 years of practical BIM experience in a design office environment, with at least 5 years being in the management of BIM Design teams.
- Fluency in English, verbal and written. Proficiency in other languages, especially Arabic, will be highly regarded.
- Advanced proficiency in a range of computer aided design tools including Autodesk Revit, NavisWorks and various Revit add-ins such as Green Building Studio and MagiCad.
- High level of design skill in all related discipline.
- Detailed understanding of the design development process and project management concepts.
- Ability to plan, prioritize, schedule tasks, people and resources in order meet identified time frames and standards.
- Able to coach and supervise tasks of staff.
- Demonstrates initiative and a proactive approach to team delivery.
- A sound knowledge of statutory and commercial frameworks.
- Demonstrates well-developed communication skills including the ability to perform effectively in a team environment with a strong Client focus.
- Sound understanding of health, safety and sustainability principles across the architectural and engineering design disciplines.
- Demonstrates commitment to own and other's professional development.
