Job description / Role
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Senior Human Resources professional who is immediately available. Our client is currently engaged in a start-up operation in Saudi Arabia and would like to appoint a senior HR Advisor to work alongside the CHRO. The company will be operating within the telecommunications sector and the successful candidate must have proven experience within this space.
Key responsibilities will involve analysing information and providing recommendations regarding individual and organisational situations, including management of attendance, employment legislation, HR best practice, HR policies and procedures, change management, recruitment and retention.
This role will be based on a 6 month contract.
Requirements:
- Must have telecommunications experience.
- Must have industry knowledge of start-up and operations.
- Must have an excellent academic background and CIPD qualification.
- Must have international experience within multinational organisations.
- Must be available asap.
