Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Our client a professional services company is looking for a Senior HR Administrator to join their operations in Riyadh, KSA.

Role will support the Riyadh office with general HR matters.
- Employment contract management
- Ensure all contractual changes and employee files are kept up to date. Drafting documents in English and Arabic as required
- Work closely with/ support the PRO team with all relevant documentation for local government / authority purposes.
- Providing reports on employee attendance, advising line managers and supervisors
- Administer GOSI and medical insurance registration
- Administration of employee requests including no objection letters, housing loans, references etc.
- Manage leaver administration; end of service benefits etc.
- Keep up to date with all staff movements (leavers, joiners, secondments etc)
- Work closely with senior stakeholder to understand recruitment requirements of K&A and coordinate accordingly
- Liaise with external recruitment market as required
- Maintain and update recruitment tracker
- Ensure each new hire has strong support from the offer management stage to actual induction process. This includes working with relevant team members across multiple teams on managing the logistics amongst various jurisdictions.

Requirements:

- Must be a pro-active self starter with good written and verbal communication skills in Arabic and English.
- Strong work ethic with the ability to cope well under pressure and display flexibility in approach.
- Ability to adapt style to suit the needs of each situation / client.
- Confident and approachable in style.
- Excellent attention to detail, time management and organisational skills.
- Strong client focus and able to establish and maintain credibility with client group.
- Experience of KSA Labour Law and GOSI
- Ability to work with little supervision and be part of a virtual team.
- Preferably holds a relevant business or HR degree / education.
- Relevant HR experience
