Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

- Handle all the Tickets w.r.t Desktop / Laptops / Printers /.
- Handle all the escalated tickets from the engineer / domain owners
- Create Knowledge base and update central data pool.
- Work on the tickets and resolve them with the right technical resources
- Train and mentor L1 engineers to resolve tickets to save SLA failures.
- Co-ordinate and implement change Requests
- Installation & troubleshooting of critical applications and create AIGs or Update for any inconsistency.
- Update Customer post implementations and obtain user confirmation.
- Update IT Access and Help Desk immediately after every call.
- Root Cause Analysis for repeat calls.
- Self-learning to enhance skills on multiple applications or domains.

Requirements:

- Transferable Iqama is Required
- Experience: Minimum 5 Years of Experience in IT Desktop Support / Service Desk roles
- Ability to Configures and deploys desktop environments in accordance with the agreed standard configuration to authorized users.
- Basic network support knowledge.
- Basic Knowledge on OS Imaging / Cloning.
- Basic Knowledge on the IT Security Software’s.
- Microsoft Windows XP, Vista, 7 desktop operating systems
- Microsoft Office 2003, 2007, 2010 software
- Office productivity plugins such as Adobe Reader, Adobe Flash Player, and Java
- Pre-configure and install desktops, notebooks, tablets, servers, wired & wireless network, printers, and other network devices
