Job description / Role
- Supervising the daily activities of the following Administrative teams (Payroll, Accommodation including hotel, travel, document management, transport and Labour Coordination).
- Ensures that administrative procedures for all employees are in accordance with the company’s internal policies as well as the labour law and Q22 system’s requirement.
- Communicates with the Line Manager and Management for various authorizations.
- Checks and verifies all official expenses before it is processed for approval.
- Coordinate with IT Department for better implementation of the ERP system.
- Communicate with expats/staff for issues (visas, accommodations, schooling, travel, payroll…)
- Communicate and follow up with Brussels Head office for expat new arrivals/transfers
- Introduction meeting with new hired expat and senior staff employees and exit meeting for final departure
- Managing Guesthouse & facilities
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in Business, Administration, Human resources or equivalent as a minimum
- Ensures that administrative procedures for all employees are in accordance with the company’s internal policies as well as the labour law and Q22 system’s requirement.
Weekly/ Monthly Jobs:
- Statistics and reports for travel, hotel, cars, school, and salary as per management request.
- Liaising with Accounts for various cost back charges.
