Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

- Responsible to develop strategies regarding individual assets and the wider portfolio and apply a competitive, pro-active management strategy to achieve specific income, expense, and rate-of-return targets for each asset in portfolio.
- Establish and implement management control procedures to identify relevant categories of cost and potential risk areas that require effective and immediate action.
- Model full life cycle financial analysis for each asset from development through disposition.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s Degree required with a concentration in business, finance, accounting and/or real estate.
- 10 years+ of proven experience in asset management.

Other Requirements
- A good understanding of financial modelling.
- Ability to work with financial concepts and perform financial analysis including ROI, IRR and discounted cash flow modeling Reporting and analytical skills.
- Excellent Planning and organizational skills
- Strong Analytical skills
- RICS accredited
