Company:
Our client is a leading cost management consultant in the Middle East. They view property and construction assets as having complex, integrated lifecycles. This consultant delivers a portfolio of services along this lifecycle, from concept through design and construction to the management and maintenance of a project or asset. They are one of the leading asset management and construction consultants, established for more than 100 years.
Duties and responsibilities:
We are hiring for a Senior Quantity Surveyor, for a position in Jeddah working for a leading Cost Consultancy.
• Assist in preparation of tender documentation and tender analysis for consultants or contractors
• Assist in selecting, negotiating and forming contracts
• Good knowledge of FIDIC and other forms of contract
• Change management, provision of estimates and overall budget control
• Post contract administration services of consultants and contractors
• Review of variations, claims, quantum and provision of contractual advice
• Review of valuations in a timely order
Requirements:
Experience and Qualifications
You will have :
• A degree in Quantity Surveying or Engineering
• MRICS preferred
• 8 years post graduate experience
• Have experience delivering cost consultancy services
• Good English and Arabic communication and report writing skills
• Computer literacy skills necessary
