Job description / Role
Charterhouse is working with a global, well renowned Facilities Management company with operations across the GCC region. Our client is looking to hire a high quality FM Operations Manager.
You will be responsible for developing and implementing training programs as well as budgeting and forecast preparation for the business unit. You will be in charge of productivity and cost analysis and implement and follow the energy savings program. You will also develop a benchmark database from existing operations (energies and facilities).
Requirements:
The successful candidate should have a solid 10 years' experience within Facilities Management with strong cost and budgeting skills in the role of Operations Manager. You should also hold a bachelors Degree within either mechanical or electrical engineering.
