Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

This international contractor require a Lead Contracts Manager to provide advice and co-ordinate a team of Quantity Surveyors and contract administrators on a number of projects across the world.

The successful candidate will establish procedures to ensure that the company's contractual position is safeguarded. This will involve looking at EOT, claims and conditions of contract, visiting sites to ensure correct action is being taken, developing members of staff and participating in dispute resolution.

Requirements:

Applicants should meet the following criteria:
- MRICS Quantity Surveyor.
- Extensive international experience ideally in the Middle East.
- Expert contractual knowledge.
- A track record or working on claims/disputes/arbitration.
- Experience of working as a Contracts/Claims Manager on mega projects in heavy civils, pipeline, O&G.
- Fluent in English.
- Excellent presentation skills.
