Waitress - Russian Speaker

We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Russian Speaker Waitress to join our team at a prestigious hotel/restaurant/cafe in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests while delivering a high standard of food and beverage service. Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a warm and professional manner
- Take and serve food and beverage orders with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Provide recommendations on menu items and ensure a thorough understanding of all products offered
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the dining areas and service stations
- Anticipate and respond to guest needs with a sense of urgency and professionalism
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely and effective manner
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery
- Adhere to all relevant health, safety, and sanitation guidelines

Requirements

- Proven experience as a waitress or in a similar customer service role
- Fluency in Russian and English languages is essential
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment
- Excellent knowledge of food and beverage items
- Strong attention to detail and a genuine passion for providing exceptional service
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
- A professional and well-groomed appearance
