Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Support Cargo Pricing Controllers/ Officer/Supervisors in Pricing and system related tasks and functions. Assist the Supervisor in guiding Stations in the implementation of new and existing Pricing, system related modules in SkyChain, evaluating the ADHOC pricing requests from stations and support in updating Interline/Trucking Agreements in the Revenue Accounting system.

Key Accountabilities:

- On a daily basis, check the ADHOCs sent by Stations for accuracy and approve within the parameters provided. Identify the anomalies in the offered rates/charges and clarify with the Stations, finalise and have the ADHOC approved before flight departure.
- Assist the Supervisors/Controllers to input all Interline Agreements and Trucking Contracts in the Rapid system on a real time basis to ensure accurate billing and settlement is done.
- Check CLS data for yield/weight discrepancies and monitor flights on a daily basis to ensure every AWB is properly accounted for and surcharges are accurately picked. Where discrepancies are noticed, highlight these to the Controllers to take appropriate action with the Station and Accounts.
- Assist the Supervisor in guiding the Stations in the implementation of new and existing system related pricing and yield modules in SkyChain and provide continuous feedback to Stations/Supervisors on the processes and procedures that need to be implemented.
- Monitor the capacity prognosis and assist the Controllers/Supervisors in identifying the critical routes/sectors and the right traffic mix to optimise yield and revenue.
- Assist Supervisors in collating the relevant data from TACT Rules and updating SkyChain.
- Assist the Supervisors/Officer/Controllers in the data assimilation for the ongoing legal investigation.
- Assist Supervisors in analysing, evaluating the ADHOC Pricing related requests and other enquiries.
- Assist Supervisors/Controllers in helping new Stations to input the tariffs, contracts in the system. Guide Stations initially and provide ongoing support their upkeep and maintenance.

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience
Experience and Educations:

- Years of experience: 3+ years of experience
- Minimum Education required: 12 years or equivalent

Knowledge and Skills:

- High degree of knowledge in application of TACT Published rats/charges, Rules/regulations, cargo reservations and operational procedures.
- Good communication skills (Both written and verbal).
- Ability to adapt to varying environment and to work under pressure.
