Employment: Full Time

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Recruitment Administrator for a Business Consulting company in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the recruitment process by coordinating interviews, managing candidate communication, and maintaining recruitment records. This role requires a proactive and efficient individual with excellent communication and administrative skills.

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, assessments, and other recruitment activities.
- Manage candidate communication and provide timely updates on their application status.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records and databases.
- Assist in the preparation of job descriptions and posting job advertisements on various platforms.
- Liaising with recruitment agencies.
- Support the onboarding process for new hires by collecting necessary documentation and facilitating orientation sessions.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of recruitment strategies and processes.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in an administrative or coordination role, preferably in a recruitment or HR environment.
- Familiarity with recruitment processes and best practices.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to interact with candidates, hiring managers, and team members.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and experience with recruitment software is a plus.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Candidate should be immediately available.
