Project Manager (Indian)

Job description / Role

Our client is in search of a proficient Project Manager (preferably Indian) with a background in fit out projects. The role entails overseeing the entire project lifecycle, from inception to completion. Responsibilities include meticulous project planning, efficient execution, effective stakeholder management, budget oversight, and stringent quality assurance.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning:
• Develop comprehensive project plans encompassing scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to define project objectives and deliverables.
• Conduct thorough risk assessments and implement strategies to mitigate potential issues.

Project Execution:
• Lead project teams in executing fit out projects, ensuring adherence to quality standards and timelines.
• Monitor project progress diligently and address any deviations promptly.
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and suppliers to procure necessary materials and services.

Stakeholder Management:
• Act as the primary liaison for clients, providing regular updates and addressing concerns proactively.
• Cultivate positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders to foster alignment and support project objectives.
• Budget and Cost Management:
• Monitor project budgets and expenses meticulously, tracking costs against approved budgets.
• Identify opportunities for cost optimization and implement measures accordingly.

Quality Assurance:
• Establish robust quality control measures to ensure projects meet defined standards and specifications.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify and rectify any deficiencies promptly.

Salary:
AED 20,000 to 30,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field.
• Proven track record in project management, preferably with a focus on fit out projects.
• Strong grasp of construction processes, building codes, and regulations.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage teams and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• PMP certification or similar credentials are advantageous.
