Employment: Full Time

You will play a pivotal role in the management of Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 environments, ensuring optimal performance, resilience, and compliance.

Description

* Manage all aspects of our Azure cloud infrastructure, including deployment, configuration, and maintenance of services.
* Oversee SharePoint Online, Intune, Azure Active Directory, and other enterprise applications within the Azure environment.
* Provide hands-on troubleshooting and support for infrastructure and cloud-related issues, resolving them efficiently to minimise downtime.
* Collaborate with L1 and L2 support teams to address escalated issues and ensure smooth operation of systems.
* Develop and enforce data backup and disaster recovery strategies, leveraging Azure Backup and other relevant tools.
* Coordinate with stakeholders to test and refine disaster recovery plans to minimise potential data loss and system downtime.
* Engage with vendors to evaluate and implement new solutions, ensuring alignment with organisational objectives.
* Follow established change management processes to implement changes in accordance with regulatory requirements.
* Work closely with the security team to implement and maintain robust security measures across the cloud environment.

Requirements

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
* Strong understanding of infrastructure, network, and cloud technologies, with a focus on Microsoft Azure.
* At least 4 years of hands-on administration and configuration experience with SharePoint Online, Azure Active Directory, and enterprise applications in Azure.
* Certification in Microsoft Azure (e.g., AZ-900, AZ-104) and other relevant certifications.
* Experience with Microsoft Intune for device management and security.
* Must have experience working in a large enterprise with familiarity in change management processes and regulatory compliance standards.
