ADNOC Distribution markets, sells, and distributes transportation fuel to both retail and commercial customers. We also run non-fuel services at our service stations.

About the Job

To process new insurance policies for ADNOC, perform modifications to existing policies, process operational forms, assess the potential risk of ADNOC, and use the information to make insurance recommendations in order to ensure that ADNOC has a proper insurance coverage at all times.

Key Accountabilities
- Process new insurance policies and perform modifications to existing policies and forms to ensure continuous improvement within the organization.
- Obtain information from policyholders to verify the accuracy and completeness of information on forms, applications and related documents, and company records.
- Update existing policies and company records to reflect changes requested by policyholders and insurance company representatives.
- Handle all operational and ensure their proper registration in order to provide a basis for future use.
- Handle the filing of the necessary paperwork for all insurance brought on behalf of the company and follow up with relevant parties (insurance, ADNOC) to ensure compliance to rules and regulations.
- Handle all entry of invoices into the system in order to adhere to internal requirements.
- Update the contracts in alignment with legal requirements and work closely with legal team to ensure settlements are executed safely and as per the requirements.

Requirements

Minimum Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Business Management or Accounting
- 8 years of experience, including at least 2 years in insurance operations.
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Effective communication skills
- Understanding of the risk matrix of each unit
- Understanding of settlements, claims, law
