Employment: Full Time

Summary
- Assists in developing and maintaining a club atmosphere that will enhance the clubs image and positively distinguish it from the competition.
- Prepares information for regular communication with all members regarding membership programs, activities and campaigns.
- Oversees the execution & delivers "tour techniques' for prospective members that identify their needs so that the tour is tailored to showcase those needs.
- Ensure timely mailing and telephone responses to prospective members.
- Records new and prospective members reactions to facilities and programs so that changes or reinforcement can happen.
- Develops a complete understanding of membership classifications, fees, programs at the club, club policies, rules and guidelines to answer member and prospective member questions.

Requirements

- Develop and enhance the new Member Welcome package at Dubai Creek Golf & Yacht Club.
- Assists new members with becoming familiar with the club, staff and privileges.
- Oversees the day-to-day operation.
- Assists with members golf events, prize giving, preparations and press releases.
- Assists as required with corporate golf days as directed by CM/ DOG/AGSM.
- Works in golf operations as required, starter, marshal, range etc.
- Ensures 59club results are monitored and service levels achieved in membership and golf operations.
- Assists the club reception team.

About the Company
