Employment: Full Time

As an ERP Change Lead, you will spearhead the change management efforts for the implementation of ERP Fusion across all functions in the entity and it's portfolio of companies.

This is a government organisation exploring a broad range of new strategic initiatives for Abu Dhabi to create a lasting impact.

Description

* Develop and execute a comprehensive change management strategy for the ERP Fusion implementation, focusing on maximising user adoption and minimising resistance.
* Lead stakeholder engagement activities, including communication plans, workshops, and training sessions, to ensure alignment and buy-in from all levels of the organisation.
* Conduct thorough impact assessments to identify potential risks and mitigate any adverse effects on business processes and operations.
* Collaborate closely with executive leaders, PMO function, and consulting firms to align change management efforts with overall project objectives and timelines.
* Serve as the primary point of contact for change management related inquiries and provide ongoing support to end-users throughout the implementation process.

Requirements

* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field; additional certifications in change management or ERP systems are advantageous.
* Proven experience leading change management initiatives for large-scale ERP implementations, preferably with ERP Fusion for HR, Finance and Procurement.
* Strong understanding of ERP systems and their impact on organisational processes and workflows.
* Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively communicate and engage with individuals at all levels of the organisation.
* Experience with data reporting and analytics, particularly within HR and Finance domains, is highly desirable.
* Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage competing priorities effectively.
* Previous experience working in a large organisation with complex structures and processes is preferred.
