Job description / Role
• Tidying up tables, counters, and other bar areas such as throwing trash and wiping down drink spills.
• Collecting empty glasses and bottles alongside refilling the ice bins and replenishing peanuts and fruits
• Restocking the bar with straws, coasters, napkins and Changing out beer kegs and replacing liquor bottles
• Preparing mixers, juices, and cocktail garnishes
• Assisting the Bartenders during rush hours while maintaining cleanliness of rags throughout the shift.
Salary:
USD
1,800 to 2,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

Qualifications:
• Open to Asian and CIS nationalities
• Male, 22 to 30 years old
• At least 1 year of recent experience in the hospitality industry in Dubai as a bar back.
