Job description / Role
• Conduct financial feasibility studies for new and existing master plans.
• Support decision-making with comprehensive research and benchmarking analysis.
• Evaluate land sale transactions and commercial proposals.
• Develop and maintain complex feasibility models for real estate projects.
• Prepare loan and financial gearing scenarios for optimal capital structures.
• Ensure accuracy and reliability of financial reports and studies.
Requirements
• Relevant Bachelor’s Degree Essential.
• Min CFA Level 3 certified.
• In-depth understanding of GCC real estate industry and economic trends.
• Proficient in regulatory frameworks within the relevant GCC Locations.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in corporate finance, valuation, and real estate.
• Expertise in cash flow modelling, profit and loss analysis, and balance sheet interpretation.
• Strong IT skills with a preference for programming background
