Responsibilities:
- Must have thorough knowledge of project control/business practices, calculation method/software, standard and procedures.
- Experience in reviewing and monitor project schedule and cost to ensure schedule and budget objectives are met.
- Ability to effectively interface with other project control areas ( i.e. cost and risk) to perform productivity analysis, as well as qualitative and quantitative risk analysis for complex projects.
- Interface Management (facilitating communication between and among Project-Managers, Discipline Leads, System Administrator and Document Controller)
- Ability to liaise with project management team, subcontractors and clients on all matters relating to cost control;
- Ability to assign and review the work of subordinate cost analysist staff.
- Ability to liaise with finance and accounting in the development and review of invoices. Invoice Advice Reports (Verify & Approve Invoice Advice Reports before issuance to Finance).
- Cost Management/Control (Provide cost control services to project teams to ensure proper project cost management and profitability monitoring)
- Project Analysis and Forecasting (Analysis of project schedule and costing trends).
- Project Updates (weekly progress-collection & updates; schedule updates; cost control & management; change order/variation management; cash flow status; subcontractor progress management; weekly upload of project data to Project Controls Database)
- Project Reporting (issue of WPQ Internal weekly project status reports and Clients External progress reports).
- Participate in Scheduled Project Review meetings
- Provide cost and schedule management services for projects as requested by Project Managers
- Assist Project Managers to undertake project progress and forecasting processes
- Provide Assistance to PMO Business Analysts and Organizational Change Managers as required
- Provide assistance with Portfolio reporting, providing regular senior management reporting on the portfolio of projects managed by IT Services
- Responsible for personal safety and safe working practices within IT Services Projects. Understand and follow One Way procedures.

Requirements

Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree required.
