What will you do?
- Provide administrative support to the agricultural department or organization by managing correspondence, scheduling meetings, organizing events, maintaining records, and handling other administrative tasks.
- Assist in collecting, organizing, and analyzing data related to agricultural activities, such as crop yields, livestock production, and farm budgets, also help in maintaining databases and generating reports.
- Facilitate communication and coordination among farmers, agricultural suppliers, government agencies, and other stakeholders. This involves relaying information, resolving conflicts, and ensuring that everyone involved is well-informed and aligned.
- Assist in obtaining permits and complying with agricultural regulations and policies. This may involve coordinating with regulatory authorities, preparing documentation, and ensuring compliance with environmental and safety standards.
- Responsible for managing financial transactions related to agriculture, such as processing invoices, tracking expenses, and assisting with budgeting and financial reporting.
- Provide support to agricultural projects by assisting with project planning, monitoring project timelines, and coordinating project activities. This may involve working closely with project managers, farmers, and other team members.

Technical skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

- Experience in scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, and managing calendars using software like Outlook or Google Calendar.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or any related field.
