Client Details

My client, a public sector organization is currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Manager of Data Management to join their team.

Description

* Develop and implement data management strategies, policies, and procedures in alignment with organizational goals and industry best practices.
* Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of data architecture, databases, data warehouses, and data lakes.
* Ensure the integrity, security, and privacy of data through the implementation of data governance frameworks, access controls, and data quality standards.
* Lead a team of data management professionals, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure the successful execution of data management initiatives.
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their data needs and requirements, and develop solutions to meet those needs.

Requirements

* Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
* Proven experience in data management (5 years).
* Strong knowledge of data management principles, practices, and technologies, including data modeling, database design, data integration, and data governance.
* Experience with data management tools and platforms such as [list specific tools/platforms].
