Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Role Profile

Performance Management:
- Enhance and refine the Management Dashboard (SMARTS) focusing on key financial and operational KPIs such as Revenue, ARPU, Contribution, Gross Adds, Net Adds, and Churn. This aims to provide comprehensive insights into business performance and facilitate timely corrective actions to meet predefined targets.
- Develop automated models for assessing sales productivity and Quality of Service (QoS).

Reporting & Analysis:
- Monitor team progress by analyzing numerical data and conduct in-depth analysis to identify trends in product requests and commercial needs.
- Implement automated reporting packs on a Daily/Weekly/Monthly basis to be communicated to EBU management and corporate executives.
- Formulate recommendations and execution plans for EBU management to adjust sales numbers and achieve revenue growth beyond set targets.
- Prepare regular and ad hoc presentations for stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with group reporting guidelines, if applicable.
- Collaborate with marketing and other relevant teams to establish effective commercial and sales reporting.
- Address inquiries from stakeholders promptly.
- Communicate all new business-related updates internally and externally in a timely manner.

Requirements

Operational Management:
- Oversee day-to-day business channel operations and analyze feedback received.
- Govern the performance reviews of the sales department and follow up on actions outlined in business reviews.
- Generate operational reports on account manager and account level metrics, including solutions penetration, relevancy, SLA tracking, churn, etc.

Core Competencies & Qualifications
- Possess a minimum of 6 years of experience in reporting.
- Demonstrated expertise in developing reports and management information that significantly influences business strategy.
- Maintain proficiency in internal procedures and systems for Sales force tracking, monitoring, and management.
- Proven track record of delivering data analysis on customer and commercial business processes that instigate substantial changes.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation skills, and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Outstanding operational skills.
- Solid understanding of Financial Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Profit and Loss (P&L).
